REGISTER FOR IN-PERSON KIDZ SERVICE!

We are thrilled to reopen our on-site OC Kidz Ministry! God is doing great things in your child’s life, and we can’t wait to be a part of it! Before registering your child, please read our guidelines on what to expect! We love our OC Kidz & Families and want to make sure we maintain a clean, safe, and fun atmosphere so that your child can encounter Jesus! 

 

OC Kidz will open up for the 11 AM services only!

We will still offer a 9 AM Family Room. The Family Room will be open in OC Kidz for the 9 AM service ONLY! If you plan to attend the 11 AM service and your child is starting to get active, we have an overflow room available in Room 101 for the 11 AM Services. 

 

OC KIDZ IS OPEN FOR 18 MONTHS - 6TH GRADE ONLY.

YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER YOUR CHILD EACH WEEK FOR TH 11 AM SERVICE. THIS HELPS OUR TEAM BE APPROPRIATELY STAFFED FOR EVERY SERVICE. YOU CAN REGISTER YOUR CHILD AT, OTTERCREEKAG.COM

 

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON FRIDAYS AT MIDNIGHT. IF YOU REGISTER YOUR CHILD AND ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND THAT SUNDAY SERVICE, YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ATTENDANCE ONLINE BY USING YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Our Kidz Team is working hard to learn a new way of leading OC Kidz. Please be patient with our team as we are training and showing families how to maintain a socially distanced Kidz Church.

Guidelines During COVID-19:

All volunteers will be screened and have their temperature checked every time they serve. They will wear masks and gloves (when applicable) the entire time they serve in OC Kidz.

All children will have their temperature checked, and we will ask parents to verify the following:

  • My child does not have a fever (100°F or higher) and has not used medication to reduce fever within the last 24 hours.

  • My child does not have a cough, shortness of breath, or other COVID-19 symptoms.

  • My child has not had pneumonia recently.

  • No one in my household has had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

Children will be assigned to a socially distanced seat in the OC Gym and OC Kidz Worship Center.

Class sizes and interaction between classes will be limited as much as possible.

Children will be given individual supplies that will not be shared with others.

We will encourage children to wash their hands often and use hand sanitizer as needed.

All areas and supplies will be cleaned before and after services.

Personal items from home will not be allowed.

We encourage that your child wears a mask through fun games. OC Kidz will be able to take their masks off once they are seated in their designated area. Parents can provide masks and we will have disposable masks available.

CRITTER KIDZ GUIDELINES

18 MONTHS - 4 YEARS:

All children will have their temperature checked, and we will ask parents to verify the following:

  • My child does not have a fever (100°F or higher) and has not used medication to reduce fever within the last 24 hours.

  • My child does not have a cough, shortness of breath, or other COVID-19 symptoms.

  • My child has not had pneumonia recently.

  • No one in my household has had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.

Children will be given individual supplies that will not be shared with others.

We will encourage children to wash their hands often and use hand sanitizer as needed.

All areas and supplies will be cleaned before and after services.

Personal items from home will not be allowed.

To reduce the spread of germs, we will not accept personal items except for essential items for young children such as diapers, change of clothes, bottles, pacifiers, etc. A ziplock bag will be provided at check-in for these items. We will have your child's name on this bag. Diaper bags and infant car seats will not be accepted.

Check-In Process:

Check-In may look a little different, but we assure you that it's for your child's safety. The new check-in process will make checking in your child easier, faster, and more secure!

Check-In will open 20 minutes before each service.

IF you are checking in your child for OC Kidz, you must come to the OC Commons doors outside. You will see our signs from when you pull in to the parking lot. There you will meet a Kidz Team Member who will greet you.

We then will take your child’s temperature with a non-contact thermometer. Children with a temperature of 100°F or more will not be allowed in OC Kidz. Parents are required to sign off stating that their child is following all OC Kidz COVID Guidelines. If you have a child under 4, you will receive a clear bag to put your child's belongings in before you check-in. 

No child will be able to check-in by themselves. A parent/guardian must be present for check-in at all times.

Our Check-In Team will print 2 matching security stickers – one to go on your child’s back and one for parents to keep to present at check-out when you pick up your child. 

 

Note: Each child will receive a sticker. If you lose that sticker, you must show your ID, and then we will confirm that you are listed on the pick-up roster for that child.

Each child will be required to sanitize their hands as they enter OC Kidz. Hand sanitizers are provided throughout the building.

Pick Up & Check-Out Process:

Parents will pick up their child 4 years and under in front of OC Kidz doors. You are required to pick up your "Critter Kid" prior to getting in the mainline for the OC Gym. 

Parents will pick up their child 5 years and up in the OC Gym.

When it is time to pick up your child, have your security sticker and please follow all the guidelines we have in place and be patient with us as we take all the precautions in checking out your child. 

To minimize traffic, we ask that only one parent/guardian picks up your child.
